Electrolab Level Measurement / Digital Level Sensors

Tank Level, Interface and Temperature Measurement
Electrolab Digital Level Sensors use float and reed-switch technology to monitor tank contents. The range includes rigid, flexible, high-pressure and high-level shut-in options.
The Model 2100 can measure product level and water-interface level, with up to eight temperature measurement points. After installation and the initial level offset, no ongoing calibration is required under normal operating conditions.
Explore the DLS Range
Model 2100 DLS
Rigid sensor for liquid level, water-interface level and temperature measurement. Stainless steel and fiberglass versions address different fluid conditions.
Model 2100 DLS with High-Level Shut-In
Adds separate high-level alarm and shut-in outputs to normal level and temperature measurement. An optional test device allows testing without opening the tank hatch.
Model 2100 DLS – High Pressure
Stainless steel sensor with a welded mounting bushing for service up to 250 psi. Applications include production separators and other pressurized vessels.
RediLevel 2100 DLS
Slim sensor for smaller tanks and storage vessels. Fits through a two-inch port and measures fluid level, interface and temperature.
RU Flex 2100 DLS
Flexible sensor for tank level and temperature monitoring. The flexible hose simplifies shipping, handling and installation compared with a long rigid sensor.
RU Flex DLS with High-Level Shut-In
Combines the flexible RU Flex design with high-level alarm and shut-in outputs, alongside product level, water-interface and temperature measurement.
